End intellectual property – it is nonsensical and pernicious

Is the term 'intellectual property' completely outdated? Author and philosophy professor Samir Chopra gives some insight into what we understand as 'intellectual property', and why whereas copyrights, patents and trademarks are all important, he still urges us to stop using such term.
